Many of our clients operate in the fit-out sector of the industry, and over time we have built up considerable expertise in carrying out a variety of ‘Builders works’ and ‘Builders clean’.
Working closely with project management teams, and with selected sub-contractors where necessary, we provide a bespoke service.
Our experience has shown that there is often a significant amount of miscellaneous work which may not fall neatly into one contractors package, but which is vital for the smooth running and handover of the project.
Whether you need to provide holes, chase etc for m + e services, build new risers, screed or plaster floors or walls, we have the people and the ability to assist.
In addition, our team is able to supply and install structural steel, build concrete structures, modify existing walls and slabs or carry out any other works you may need.
Our builders clean teams are highly efficient and well experienced. Whether you need a simple builders clean, a deep cleaning exercise or a thorough clean and polish prior to handover, our people can help.
