Job Details 

By signing and returning this Assignment Schedule to Abbey Personnel Limited (‘AP’), or by commencing performance of the Services to which this Assignment Schedule relates, [Subcontractor company name] (the ‘Subcontractor’) agrees to provide, and AP agrees to engage, Services as specified in the Assignment Schedule (and for which the Subcontractor shall be responsible) to the Main Contractor specified therein, on the terms of the Master Agreement for the Supply of Construction Industry Services between AP and the Subcontractor dated [subcontractor agreement date] (the ‘Master Agreement’). This Assignment Schedule is conditional on the Agency entering an Assignment Schedule with AP on corresponding terms. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no (and the parties do not intend there to be any) contractual relationship between the Subcontractor and the Agency, or between the Subcontractor and the Main Contractor, or between AP and the Main Contractor. The Subcontractor confirms that his/her last piece of work was not as an employee of the Main Contractor carrying out similar work. The subcontractor agrees to notify AP immediately of termination of asignment and vice versa. the subcontractor agrees to invoice weekly and opts out of agency conduct regulations.
