The recruitment process

1. Client consultation

Our goal is to find you the perfect candidate, we can thoroughly discuss your vacancy on the phone, or meet with you in person to discuss your recruitment needs. We can then identify gaps within your company, understand your organisation, its culture and team fit. This will help us find the person with the right qualifications, skills, experience and person fit to match your organisation.

2. Advertising

All jobs are advertised in a number of locations. We use industry specific websites, trade journals, as well as social media.

3. Sourcing candidates

Based on your job description, company info and individual requirements, we will source the candidates at this stage. Those that we feel could be suitable will move forward to our vetting stage.

4. Vetting candidates and CV sharing with our client

This is the stage where we have decided which are the highest quality candidates and the selected ones are then sent across to our clients for their review and very important feedback.

5. Arranging interviews

All telephone, first stage and second stage interviews shall be arranged by Allied Site Services.

6. Onboarding

Now that we have found you the perfect fit, we can make the offer stage seamless and help you onboard your new recruit. Assistance with getting contracts signed, agreeing start dates etc, is all part of our service offering.

7. Aftercare

Once your new employee has commenced work, we are still there to support you! We will follow up with you and the candidate to make sure everything is going well.
