Internal Strip Outs
Allied have been carrying out strip out and demo works since 2001, and we have dedicated teams, trained and skilled at working within occupied builders in and around the M25 London area. Allied can operate as principle contractor or as a sub contractor and we have worked direct to the owner, the PQS, estate agent as well as the main contractor or sub contractors.
Our management structure allows us to work on contracts from £10k to over £1m in value, efficiently and economically.
Internal soft strip/demo works
As part of our works we will carry out the following:
- Site visits consultation/ investigation
- Tenders
- M+E – isolations, drain downs, make safe systems
- M+E – strip out including plant rooms etc
- Lifts and lift shaft removal
- Asbestos removal
- Enabling/ temporary support work
- Complete demolition
