Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Assists Quantity Surveyor with all of his following duties as directed by him. Duties include estimating and cost planning, procurement advice, tender document preparation and reporting, preparing estimates of works valued on a Schedule of Rates and / or Day-work basis, Database entry and upkeep etc.

Bricklayer
Capable of reading drawings, laying bricks and blocks to facework, ensuring proper gauge/mix is used and know all different bonds, being able to build walls, piers, return corners and manholes to levels and lines as agreed with engineer.

Carpenter
You will be responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Other duties will include designing, cutting, and measuring materials according to a client's requirements.
Ceiling Fixer
Being able to use hand and power tools and working from access platforms, ladders or scaffolding. Setting out, cutting and fixing aluminium frameworks. Checking frameworks are horizontal, using spirit, laser or water levels.

Cleaner
Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc). Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Document Controller
Coordinates with the different departments within an organisation and ensures that documents are kept in the right location and are accessible to all internal services. Checks and approves documents/ drawings before they are filed and liaises with internal and external agencies to ensure that documents/ drawings contain correct and understandable information. Excellent IT and organisation skills required.

Dry Liner
Follow technical diagrams to measure and cut the plasterboard to the right sizes and angles and Fix the panels to timber or metal frames - or ceiling joists - using special studs.

Dumper Driver
Drives Dumpers up to a maximum certificated weight / level, transports materials, solid waste on site as directed. Responsible for monitor maintenance i.e. check oil, tyre pressure, conditions and fuel on a daily basis. Secure plant safely at the end of each working shift.

Electricians
Must be able to: Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.

Finishing Foreman
Supervises and provides directions to subcontractors and suppliers, responsible for allocating site activities on an allocated project, manages costs within budgets within the nominated time lines, makes sure all trades completed work to the highest standards with the best possible work practices ensuring health and safety a priority. Holds weekly tool box talks, ensures material levels are maintained and secure, keeps abreast of drawing changes that may arise during the project, maintains records of labour levels and produces weekly timesheet, produces records of time-related variations and gets work signed off by main contractor/ client.
Fire Marshall
Identifies and reports fire hazards on site, takes the correct action in the event of a fire, ensures that escape routes are kept clear and can be used effectively at all times.

Forklift Driver
Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage facilities.
Ganger
Delegates work to operatives, shows leadership, motivates, monitors productivity and duties relating to Bricklayer’s Labourer, Carpenter’s Labourer. Will inform site management of need to replace personnel. Has experience and is capable of managing approximately 10 operatives as well as completing all necessary allocation / time sheets and liaising closely with Site Management. Holds CSCS card, 1ST AID at work, full PPE.

Ground Workers
Removing sewage, redirecting waterways by flow or pumping, concreting the proposed site, and laying both kerbs and flagstones.

Hoist Driver
Attend to site amenities, toilets, offices, drying rooms, canteen etc. Occasional offloading, sweeping and clearance of rubbish etc. Holds CSCS card, full PPE.

Labourer
Cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, and using a variety of tools and machines such as blowtorches, forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
Logistics Manager
Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Logistic Supervisor
Oversee the transportation of products from one location to another, such as from loading docks to warehouses or warehouses to stores. To do so, they will arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies and route drivers accordingly.

Machine Driver
Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process. Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected. Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order. Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.

Painter & Decorator
Prepare and decorate a particular surface in accordance with the wishes of the client. This will involve working on a wide variety of surfaces, including metal, wood, plaster and stone, and incorporating numerous materials, such as paint, varnish and wallpaper.

Plasterer
Plasterboard ceilings and partitions to MF or timber backgrounds including taping and jointing as necessary. Plaster internal and external walls with plaster or sand and cement rendering. Skimming works. Screeds floors.

Plumber
Install and repair water supply lines, waste disposal systems, and related appliances and fixtures to keep homes and businesses flowing smoothly.
Project Manager
Primarily responsible for the overall successfulness of delivering a project, reaching set targets both safely and correctly. Manages the day-to-day working, utilisation, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments. Co-ordinates required support levels and training. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored. Monitors sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained and oversees the accounting, costing and billing.

Quantity Surveyor
Prepares tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client. Undertakes cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work. Performs risk, value management and cost control. Advises on procurement strategy and prepares costings for tenders etc.

Security Guard
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitors surveillance equipment, inspects buildings, equipment and access points, permits entry, detects signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Holds SIA badge & CSCS.

Senior Surveyor
Billing clients for completed works, preparing and producing work estimates, producing financial reports, monitoring and paying subcontractors, managing and overseeing subcontractors, developing supply chain relationships and liaising with clients, assisting with Bid Documents, Supporting with commercial management of contracts.

Shuttering & Formwork Carpenter
Creating formwork or shuttering, which are temporary structures used in the concrete pouring process. The mould will hold the concrete in place as it sets, thereby creating a solid, smooth structure.

Site Manager
Oversees the day-to-day running operations of a building construction project, responsible for the Health & Safety on site, monitors the progress of the project to make sure it will meet the deadline – and if that's not going to be possible – solutions around that. Keeps in close contact with members of their site team at all times, and liaises with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners.

Site Operative
Involved in a range of practical tasks that help skilled construction workers; this may include dig trenches, mix and lay concrete, operate machinery, use equipment such as cement mixers, drills and pumps, and move, load and unload materials.

Slinger, Signaller & Banksman
Directs crane and slings materials via site radio or hand signals to crane operator, and responsible for ensuring correct PPE is worn.

Steel Fixer
Install and tie together the steel bars and mesh used to strengthen concrete during construction. The main duties of a Steel Fixer are: Setting out the work area, following engineering plans. Using hand and power tools to cut and bend bars or mesh.

Strip Out & Demolition Labourer
Using hand or power tools, heavy machinery, and explosives to down old or unsound building structures. Directing cars away from demolition job sites. Stripping building structures of any valuable or reusable materials, such as pipes, radiators, and steel beams.

Taper & Jointer
Preparing and applying background tape & jointing materials, works manually or uses machinery depending on the volume of the job, complies with health and safety on site and able to read drawings.

Trade & Skilled Site Operative
Fully experienced in one or other of the following specialist semi-skilled areas, Trade/ Skilled operative E.G. Bricklayers/ Carpenters/ Plasterers mate or general Groundworks operative. Holds CSCS card and full PPE.

Traffic Marshall
Banks machinery around site, diverts site traffic, maintains vehicles routes. Monitors delivery schedules and logs incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Welfare Officer
Attend to site amenities, toilets, offices, drying rooms, canteen etc. Occasional offloading, sweeping and clearance of rubbish etc. Holds CSCS card, full PPE.
